Kathy McAleer serves as the Chief Executive Officer for HerMD to lead the growth strategy as the company expands into new markets. She brings over two decades of success driving growth and delivering results for companies ranging from startup to Fortune 500.
McAleer is a growth-oriented leader passionate about people, process and innovation. She believes that every team member has a superpower and when we work to lean into those powers, magic happens.
Before joining HerMD, McAleer was the Chief Operating Officer of ZoomCare, an on-demand, technology-enabled care delivery organization that features neighborhood-based medical clinics. During her tenure, she led efforts to increase ZoomCare’s presence from 23 to 63 clinics across six markets alongside the acquisition by Peace Health Hospital.
She has held leadership roles at software and service organizations and propelled their growth. Her successes include the acquisition of Renaissance BankCard Services by Household Finance, MyHealthBank acquired by QCSI and, ultimately, Trizetto, along with roles at Shiftwise and United Parcel Service.
McAleer holds an MBA in Marketing from Marylhurst College and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
