Paul Haessig
VP of Strategic Initiatives
Paul helps HerMD open new clinics across the country by overseeing the real estate development strategy. He works closely with the HerMD team, designers, architects and vendors to develop standards capable of scalable growth.
He manages construction activities for the company while staying in close communication with other HerMD departments to ensure the successful and timely opening for all new clinics.
Paul has learned a great deal from his previous experiences with ZoomCare and Banfield Pet Hospital where he served in related functions while increasing his responsibilities. He enjoys building processes while working to continuously improve them.
Outside of work, he enjoys kicking it with his wife, son and dog out in the woods.
He’s been referred to as a “hobbyist.” You can find him on the golf course, riding his mountain bike or playing drums.
