COVID-19 Travel Advisory – Updated August 10, 2020
Those entering Ohio after travel to states reporting positive testing rates of 15% or higher for COVID-19 are advised to self-quarantine for 14 days. ODH is recommending 14 days of self-quarantine after leaving those locations. This advisory is intended for both leisure and business travel.

Seeking Medial Care Under the Travel Advisory

- If you need to see a provider for reasons other than a medical emergency, please call the office in advance and discuss the care you need.
- If you have an appointment scheduled within the 14 day self-quarantine window, please call the office to see if you can be seen before coming in for your appointment or if you need to reschedule.
- In the event of a medical emergency, call 9-1-1. Indicate that you are in home quarantine for novel coronavirus exposure. Keep a face mask on until you are asked by a health care provider to remove it.

Updated Office Procedures
If you are not feeling well, please stay home.
Please don’t enter the office if you’re feeling unwell, or if you have a fever. We are waiving late cancellation fees at this time.
Keep your face covered at all times. Except when medically necessary to remove it.
Practice social distancing.
Please keep 6 feet distance from other patients.
We ask that patients come into the office alone.
If you have anyone who is driving you to and from the office, they may drop you off and pick you up or wait in their car during the appointment.
Please wait in your car after check in.
After checkin in, patients will be asked to wait in their cars. We will text them when we’re ready to take them to a private room.
Put our office number in your contact list.
We ask that you put our office number 513-404-4166 into your contact list so that you know when we are calling and texting you.
Bathroom for emergency + medical use only.
Please use the restroom near the lab and not the on
Universal symptom screening.
There will be universal symptom screening of all patients, including temperature checks.
Do not sit on chairs unless they are covered.
Please don’t sit on or place personal objects on upholstered furniture unless it has a plastic covering. Please use door hooks or non-fabric dresser tops.
Call to place skincare product orders.
Please call 513.404.4166 and use prompt #4 to place any skincare product orders. We will text you when your order is ready for curb-side pick up.
Staff personal protective equipment (PPE)
All staff will be wearing masks and following CDC guidelines, including frequent hand washing for at least 20 seconds and social distancing of at least six feet. We will follow the surface cleaning guidelines by the CDC for the office and all patient rooms.
Maintaining a clean environment
All areas will be wiped down including: credit card readers, pens, iPads, counters, clipboards, and door knobs. Surgical rooms will be disinfected and there will be 10 – 20 minutes between each patient to allow for proper disinfection. In addition, patient bathroom use will be limited to medical purposes only (or emergencies).
If I am not comfortable coming into the office, can I schedule a telemed appointment?
Yes! We will continue to offer telemed services. Dr. Javaid, Dr. Bartlett, and Donna Abdelnour are available to see patients online. As a reminder, the following appointment types can be made for telemed: Gynecology, sexual health, menopause consultations, Weight management consultation, Urinary tract infection (no exam), Vaginitis (no exam), Abnormal bleeding (no exam), Lab results review, Prescription refill, and Medication follow up.
