A healthy sex life is a barometer for your overall health and wellness. At HerMD we use evidence-based treatment options for our patients who experience sexual pain and issues with arousal, orgasm or desire.

Have you heard of the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI)?

Did you know your sexual dysfunction can be measured scientifically? The FSFI is a widely-used measure of Female Sexual Dysfunction (FSD). It assesses 6 domains of sexual function: desire; arousal; lubrication; orgasm; satisfaction; and pain.

At HerMD our patients complete this quick assessment to determine their level of sexual function and if there are any issues within any of the domains. We can also then measure sexual function during and post treatment to determine if treatments are working or if any adjustments to the plan are needed.
