Kathy Lai
Co-founder
Kathy is responsible for establishing and executing the company’s strategic vision and business plan. She is passionate about female empowerment, health and wellness and humanitarian causes. She is currently a Midwest Board Member for UNICEF USA.
Prior to joining HerMD, Kathy was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of SweatWorking, Inc., a digital fitness and wellness company, where she led financial reporting and planning, fundraising and digital content development. Previously, she held various positions at Lincoln International, The Blackstone Group and JPMorgan Chase.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
