For too long, women’s health needs have been unmet and overlooked.

From delayed diagnoses to rushed 10-minute appointments and unaddressed pain and discomfort, the traditional healthcare system continues to fall short in addressing the distinct needs of women. Despite ongoing advancements within the women’s health ecosystem, significant gaps remain:

To address these enduring challenges to equitable care, the women’s healthcare landscape demands real-world, forward-thinking solutions that are accessible and uniquely tailored to the evolving needs of women navigating modern life.

The ideal solution must reflect both the nuances of women’s health and also align with women’s lived experiences. Virtual care, when integrated thoughtfully, offers a promising pathway forward, bridging gaps in access to care and empowering women to navigate their health with a personal, flexible, and sustainable approach.

Introducing: Virtual Care by HerMD. The expert care you know and trust, reimagined to ensure high-quality care is always within reach.

From its inception, HerMD has remained steadfast in its mission to deliver exceptional, evidence-based women’s healthcare built on a foundation of compassion, medical innovation, and patient-centered care. Now, with the launch of virtual care, we’re extending this mission even further, making it easier than ever to address your health needs with the comfort and convenience your life deserves.

Benefits of Virtual Care

Virtual care offers a broad spectrum of advantages designed to optimize your health and provide ease of access to care. Here are several reasons why virtual care outperforms other healthcare solutions:

Fast Access to Care

Picture quicker access to appointments, removing the delays typically associated with in-person office visits. By eliminating travel, long clinic wait times, and scheduling conflicts, virtual care provides a more seamless and efficient healthcare experience.

Convenience

Access the care you deserve, care that makes you feel seen and heard, no matter the setting. Whether in the comfort of your living room or home office, you’ll receive evidence-based, high-quality care designed around your needs.

Flexibility

No time for back-and-forth? In back-to-back meetings and need to weave in a quick gynecologic follow-up? No problem. Schedule a virtual appointment that fits seamlessly into your busy routine.

Reduced Cost

Virtual care can offer considerable cost savings. Cigna Healthcare data reveals patients save an average of $93 per non-urgent virtual care visit and $120 for specialist consultations compared to in-person care.

Increased Satisfaction

Virtual care is increasingly preferred over in-person care, with a recent consumer survey showing that 63% of patients favor virtual care for preventative, specialty, and chronic care services.

Enhanced Patient Engagement

Easily connect with your healthcare team, receive real-time monitoring and feedback through advanced technology, and access personalized health education tailored to your individual needs.

Expanded Access to Specialty Care

HerMD clinicians are highly-trained experts in women’s healthcare, with specialized focus areas including gynecology, perimenopause, menopause, sexual health, and weight management.

Stay on Track with Your Health Goals

With fewer barriers to accessing care (think: no travel time or scheduling hassles), virtual care makes it easier to stay consistent and focused on meeting your personalized health goals.

The HerMD Difference

We know how important it is to find healthcare that aligns with your unique needs. The HerMD difference lies in our commitment to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care, centered entirely on you. Here are the many ways we set ourselves apart:

We provide accessible, innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of every patient, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
